One of the advantages of partnering with Aqua Pools is that we take the time to help you get to know your pool, equipment, chemicals, and maintenance routine. Of course, we can take the maintenance part over for you — or we can just supply you with the products and support you need to DIY.
Instead of the A, B, C’s, pool owners have to get to know their C, C, C’s: Circulation, Cleaning, and Chemistry.
The Circulation is done by the pool’s equipment, primarily the pump. Ideally, your pump should run all the time, but that typically runs up the power bill, and you can have a clean, clear pool without having to fork over too much of your family budget to the power company. Instead, you should strive to “turn over” or run your pool’s entire body of water through the filtration system at least once per day. Strive to run your pump about 12 hours per day.
The Cleaning is done either manually, using a pool vacuum and skimmer, or automatically by investing in an automatic pool cleaner. We highly recommend automatic cleaners, because they take the hassle out of pool cleaning, allowing you and your family to spend more time having fun in your pool!
The Chemistry is the complicated part, but Aqua Pools offers the complete line of BioGuard products to make pool chemistry as easy as, well, A, B, C!
